Cross-Linked Closed Cell Expanded Polyethylene foam and Black HLB Open Cell  Foam materials are utilised in so many areas within the aircraft industry part manufacturing; available in an extensive range of densities and grades, it means that the foam materials can be used for many different applications within aviation and aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbines.

We work with many aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine customers to create high performing foam inserts that protect heavy cast mouldings and also the ceramic cores and waxes unique to the industry. To transport them around the shop floor and on going to the customer, in wooden pallets, they are then sent back to be re used many times. ( ISO 14001)

It is crucial that the foam inserts protect expensive components during manufacture.
